the stutz building: where it all picked up
the stutz has been my best example to date of my marketing efforts. let’s take a look. we’ll start with analytics, then peek at some graphics ive done, look at copy examples, reels, then bam— youre basically me.
2024 analytics recap
2024 was a great year to up that follower base. in december of 2023, @thestutzbuilding had 5,643 followers on instagram.
a year later, in 2024, the stutz ended with 7,909. followers. that’s an increase of 2,266 accounts. as i’m typing this in april 2025, i’ve had another increase of almost 1,000 accounts.
the stutz has an amazingly active and supportive follower base. across all the posts last year, there was an average of 4.92%, which is great for the follower count.
I stuck to a schedule of 1 post every 3 days, with collaboration posts accepted throughout the time. I post on stories multiple times a day.
